PVC Patch

PVC Patches are made of polyvinyl chloride and they can be molded into any shape and size. They are flexible, durable, waterproof and lightweight, making it the ideal material for outdoor gear. If you are searching for rugged and resistant patches, then PVC is the best choice.

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. With the larger quantity, the unit price is lower. There is a one-time mold fee, and you do not need to pay it again next time if you use the same mold. The unit prices are vary depending on the size, quantity and colors of your artwork (Maximum 12 colors).

Sew-on backing (aka. None-backing)
Has a recessed lines (gap) around the patch for people to sew along on clothing/bags.

Self-adhesive backing
It's for one-time use. The stickiness can be be weakened for repeat use. Suggested to decide the position before action. It also allows sewing anyway. Can be placed on smooth objects such as luggage cases, phone cases, helmets, and notebooks.

Velcro
Patches has the hook side (hard side) sewn behind. Can attach the patch onto the velcro loop side (soft side).

We offer both 2D and 3D options. The surface can be 3D sculpted to add a unique feel.

The white part can glow green light in the dark without extra charge.
