Individual Packing
Individually packaged items are suitable for sale or as gifts for distribution.
What's the advantage of individual packing?
- Packaged products have a higher quality looking and are more likely to attract customers for successful sales.
- We package your products. When you receive packaged products, you can send them out right away without extra process.
- No MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is required if a card is not necessay, but ordering in units of 100 pcs is recommended.
Based on the size of your product, we will choose a slightly bigger package. Please note that we cannot specify the exact size of the bag.
If a card is necessary inside your package, please note the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500. Kindly submit your card design and carefully read the following NOTICE.
NOTICE
- The paper card has a matte surface on both sides but is not ideal for using water-based pens, stamping, or imprinting serial numbers.
- We highly recommend the art in Adobe Illustrator, specifically version CS6 or older, or PDF to get the best formatting. Select "Insert Images" when saving your file and "Create Outlines" to preserve your font's integrity.
- Please include a 3mm (1/8 inch) bleed in your layout. Remember a 1-2mm (1/16 inch) cutting tolerance and potential uneven borders. We can't reprint or accept returns in these cases.
- Remember to include a 3 mm (1/8 inch) bleed on all sides. For example, if the finished size is 9.0 x 5.4 cm, kindly add the bleed to make the size 9.6 x 6.0 cm.
- Please ensure that the uploaded file is set to a 1:1 printing scale and has a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
- Use the CMYK color chip and avoid using RGB, unique colors (such as Pantone), and rich black (C.M.Y.K. total exceeding 250%), which helps to prevent color shifts or conversion errors.
- Before submitting, kindly review the file thoroughly. Please note that Everest Embroidery does not offer design or revision services.
- It is common for colors to differ slightly in prints of the same artwork produced at different times. Such variations may range from plus or minus 10% in each print.
- Paper color can vary slightly due to differences in pulp concentration, which can affect softness or hardness.
- We don't offer or testing for printing paper.
